Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing direct care and assistance with daily tasks.   1. Provide compassionate and attentive care to residents according to their individual needs and care plans.
  2. Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
  3. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing team.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including keeping their rooms and common areas tidy.
  6. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors.
  7. Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, and team members.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations, to ensure the highest quality of care.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain CNA certification and improve skills.
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
  11. Respond promptly and appropriately to residents' requests and emergencies.
  12. Document all care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
  13. Respect and maintain the confidentiality of residents' personal and medical information.
  14. Proactively identify and report any safety hazards or concerns.
  15. Adhere to infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illness.
  16. Act as an advocate for residents, promoting their rights and preferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Cna Certification: Candidates Must Have A Current And Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification In The State Where They Will Be Working.

  • Prior Experience In A Healthcare Setting: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Cna In A Hospital, Nursing Home, Or Other Healthcare Facility Is Preferred.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Cnas Must Have The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals In A Compassionate And Respectful Manner.

  • Physical Stamina And Strength: The Role Of A Cna Can Be Physically Demanding, Requiring Frequent Lifting, Bending, And Standing For Long Periods Of Time. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.

  • Excellent Patient Care Skills: Cnas Must Have A Genuine Passion For Providing High-Quality Care To Patients And Be Able To Assist With Daily Living Tasks Such As Bathing, Dressing, And Feeding. They Should Also Be Knowledgeable In Basic Medical Procedures And Able To Accurately Record Patient Vital Signs.
