Job Description

PruittHealth is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Manager - Home Health to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensure patient outcomes are met. The Clinical Manager - Home Health will be a leader in developing and maintaining exceptional relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong sense of clinical judgement, and the ability to make sound decisions. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a minimum of two years of nursing experience in Home Health or Acute Care. Familiarity with local, state, and federal Home Health regulations, as well as a current Registered Nurse license are required. Responsibilities:
