- Provide safe and efficient transportation services for our clients, ensuring timely arrival to scheduled appointments and activities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion while interacting with clients, their families, and healthcare staff.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while transporting clients, including proper use of equipment and following traffic laws.
- Monitor clients' well-being during transportation, promptly reporting any concerns to healthcare staff.
- Provide basic care and assistance to clients during transportation, including assistance with mobility, hygiene, and medication administration.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of transportation services provided.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless coordination of transportation services.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge related to transportation and client care.

Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent And A Valid Cna Certification Is Required For This Position. The Candidate Should Have Completed A State-Approved Cna Training Program And Passed The Competency Exam.
Experience In Client Transportation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Providing Transportation Services For Clients In A Healthcare Setting. This Can Include Experience With Wheelchair Transport, Assisting With Transfers, And Familiarity With Safety Protocols.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Client Transportation Cna, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Clients, Their Families, And Healthcare Professionals. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
