  1. Provide safe and efficient transportation services for our clients, ensuring timely arrival to scheduled appointments and activities.
  2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion while interacting with clients, their families, and healthcare staff.
  3. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while transporting clients, including proper use of equipment and following traffic laws.
  4. Monitor clients' well-being during transportation, promptly reporting any concerns to healthcare staff.
  5. Provide basic care and assistance to clients during transportation, including assistance with mobility, hygiene, and medication administration.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of transportation services provided.
  7. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless coordination of transportation services.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of client information.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge related to transportation and client care.
  10. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients during transportation.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent And A Valid Cna Certification Is Required For This Position. The Candidate Should Have Completed A State-Approved Cna Training Program And Passed The Competency Exam.

  • Experience In Client Transportation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Providing Transportation Services For Clients In A Healthcare Setting. This Can Include Experience With Wheelchair Transport, Assisting With Transfers, And Familiarity With Safety Protocols.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Client Transportation Cna, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Clients, Their Families, And Healthcare Professionals. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Compassionate And Patient: Working With Clients Who Have Limited Mobility Or Other Health-Related Challenges Requires A High Level Of Compassion, Patience, And Empathy. The Candidate Should Possess These Qualities To Provide Quality Care And Support To Clients During Transportation.

  • Physical Ability: The Role Of A Client Transportation Cna Involves Physically Demanding Tasks Such As Assisting Clients With Transfers, Pushing Wheelchairs, And Walking For Extended Periods. The Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle These Tasks With Ease.
