Certified Nursing Assistant / Scheduler

PruittHealth is searching for an experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Scheduler to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and customer service skills, and have a passion for providing exceptional care to our patients. The successful CNA/Scheduler will be able to multitask and manage their time efficiently, while providing the highest level of care to our residents.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess a current CNA certification, have at least one year of related experience in a healthcare setting, and have an understanding of medical terminology and medical coding. The successful CNA/Scheduler will also possess an excellent eye for detail, be able to effectively communicate with staff and residents, and have the ability to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts. Responsibilities:

• Scheduling medical appointments and procedures for patients
• Entering patient data and medical information into electronic medical records
• Ensuring accurate and timely communication of patient information between healthcare professionals
• Providing high quality customer service to patients and their families
• Assisting with medical procedures as needed
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Ensuring all medical equipment is properly sanitized and maintained
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
• Communicating effectively with staff and residents
• Demonstrating an understanding of medical terminology and medical coding
