  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in their own homes.
  2. Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  3. Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
  4. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
  5. Help patients maintain their independence and dignity.
  6. Follow care plans and instructions provided by the supervising nurse.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, as well as other members of the healthcare team.
  8. Document patient care accurately and timely.
  9. Adhere to all healthcare and company policies and procedures.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain certification and improve skills.
  11. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
  12. Act as an advocate for patients and their needs.
  13. Ensure patient satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  15. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  16. Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
  17. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and contribute to the overall success of the Private Duty team.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of A State-Approved Cna Training Program And Current Certification As A Cna

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience As A Cna, Preferably In A Private Duty Or Home Care Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Basic Nursing Skills And Ability To Provide Personal Care And Assistance With Activities Of Daily Living

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport With Patients And Their Families

  • Ability To Work Independently And Handle A Variety Of Tasks, While Maintaining A High Level Of Professionalism And Compassion For Patients.
