Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate and quality care to residents.
2. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
3. Maintain a professional and warm demeanor while interacting with residents, their families, and staff.
4. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
5. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established policies and procedures.
6. Help residents with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming and eating.
7. Respond quickly and effectively to any emergency situation.
8. Assist with the admission and discharge of residents.
9. Participate in team meetings and other activities related to resident care.
10. Remain informed of current industry best practices and trends.
