1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients during their 3rd shift.
2. Assist patients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
3. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
4. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
5. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide emotional support.
6. Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
7. Adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols.
