Active Cna Certification: The Candidate Must Possess An Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification In The State Where Pruitthealth Is Located. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Completed The Necessary Training And Has Met The Standards For Providing Quality Patient Care.
Experience In Long-Term Care: Pruitthealth Primarily Focuses On Long-Term Care, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working In This Type Of Healthcare Setting. This Includes Familiarity With Assisting With Adls (Activities Of Daily Living) And Providing Basic Medical Care To Elderly Patients.
