Certified Medication Aide

4. Follow established medication protocols and safety procedures.
5. Provide patient education and support on medication use.
6. Maintain accurate and complete records of medication administration.
7. Address patient and family concerns related to medications.
8. Ensure medication supplies are stocked and organized.
9. Participate in team meetings and ongoing staff education.
10. Remain up-to-date on current medication trends and developments.
