Case Mix Director RN

As an experienced RN, you have the opportunity to join PruittHealth as an innovative Case Mix Director. The successful candidate will have a strong customer focus, be highly organized, and have a passion for working with the elderly.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an acute care setting and at least 2 years’ experience in Case Mix Index reporting. You will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a current RN license. You will also have a thorough knowledge of reimbursement and case mix regulations, and experience in developing and working with budgets. A commitment to quality patient care and the ability to build relationships with staff, physicians, and healthcare partners is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure accurate reporting of the Case Mix Index.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with staff, physicians, and healthcare partners.
3. Monitor reimbursement and case mix regulations and ensure compliance.
4. Create and manage budgets in support of operational excellence.
5. Maintain a customer focus and provide quality patient care.
6. Maintain current RN license and Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
7. Stay organized and manage workflow effectively.
8. Remain current on new developments in the healthcare industry.
