Job Description

PruittHealth is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Inventory Manager to join our team in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to accuracy and customer service excellence, as well as an ability to think analytically and take initiative. If you have experience in inventory management and an eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, a strong understanding of inventory control systems and procedures, and excellent customer service skills. You must also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have an understanding of how to use Microsoft Office Suite.We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory control systems and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records and ensure accuracy of data
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to customer requests
  • Process customer orders and update inventory records accordingly
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to manage inventory data
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management
  • Monitor inventory levels and take preventive action to avoid stock shortages or overages
  • Analyze data and identify areas where inventory control processes can be improved
