Responsibilities:

• Manage the admissions process for PruittHealth healthcare facilities
• Coordinate with facility staff and other departments to ensure accurate and timely admissions
• Ensure that all admissions paperwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Monitor admissions trends and develop strategies to improve admissions processes
• Facilitate communication between facility staff and patients and their families regarding admission requirements and processes
• Develop and implement customer service initiatives to improve patient satisfaction
• Track and measure admission metrics to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of insurance plans and reimbursement policies
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction
