Job Description

Preparation or review of US GAAP quarterly and annual financial reporting and analysis of US GAAP and Adjusting Operating Income taxes for international life insurance, non-insurance entities, and/or US affiliates. Preparation of quarterly taxable income forecast for International Business entities. Preparing of US GAAP income tax and US cash tax models for M&As and developing tax legislative changes. Preparing estimated earnings and profits, GILTI, subpart F inclusion for forecast, actual, and modeling purposes. Analyzing US GAAP pre-tax income drivers and US GAAP/Cash Tax impacts. Partnering with International Business Unit Controllers, Actuarial, Treasury, Investment Teams in the US and overseas. Partnering with external service provider in preparation of US transfer pricing documentation.

Job Qualifications
  • Corporate Tax experience (2-3 years), financial services sector is preferred with life insurance expertise a plus

  • Proven leadership track record strongly desired

  • Understanding of financial service companies including insurance, investments, and asset management a plus

  • CorpTax Compliance & Financial reporting software
