Speech Analyst
We are looking for an Analytics and Insights expert to help the Chief Data Office Business Intelligence team support our business partners in the development and expansion of our insights and data analytics activities. Extract, integrate and analyze multiple disparate data sources from a variety of systems, such as structured and unstructured data, speech analytics, digital footprints, customer behavior, with a goal to discover meaningful implications for businesses to make concrete business decisions. Utilize analysis of business measurements to explain trends in business operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Present analysis results in a non-technical manner with appropriate conclusions and actionable insights understood by audiences at all levels. Prepare, analyze, and identify issues with data and provide recommendations and alternatives. Mine data to uncover patterns and to identify business trends and new opportunities for using analytics. Proactive business engagement, analysis, ownership and buy-in of recommendations.
2+ years of experience and expertise in analytics, performance measures, or related field.
1 year of prior work experience extracting data, applying a variety of business analytics and statistical analytics techniques
Work effectively with large and complex datasets to identify performance drivers and trends.
Experience in using or evaluating data analytics platforms like Informatica, DataRobot or Denodo
