
Relationship Management Specialist
This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with retirement plan clients and key intermediaries, ensuring client satisfaction through periodic client meetings and discussions covering service levels, plan utilization, client retention, product sales, plan profitability, and fund investment performance. Working under direction maintains and enhances relationships with existing Defined Contribution clients. Works with sales, plan administration and operations staff. Will participate in finals presentations. Resolves complex problems and is assigned relatively smaller and less complex clients.
4 year college degree or related business experience
Knowledge and understanding of Retirement Industry
Ability to identify and facilitate issue resolution
Series 6 and 63, Life and Heath State licenses required within 120 days of employment
