Network/Voice Engineer
Primary responsibilities would be to provide technical support for all Voice/VoIP Communications systems in a multi-campus environment. Configure and install Voice/VoIP communications networks and equipment in support of voice, data, and video applications. Analyze current and future Voice/VoIP communications needs, define requirements and provide recommendations to management. Supervise vendors in day to day operations and Voice/VoIP communication supported projects. Other responsibilities would include automating day to day processes with a self-service mindset, operationalizing cloud management, maintenance upgrades, level 1 support, troubleshooting, monitoring and reporting, alerting, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
5-7 experience in voice telephony and data network technologies
Experience in Unity voice mail and programming stations and extensions.
Experience with Cloud Computing/Technology
Good understanding of Cisco Routers and switches
