Manager, IT Program Management

Oversee Program management activities and drive RTE responsibilities for the Retirement Full Service Solutions Individual Portfolio of work, developing digital experiences which promote financial wellness for Retirement participants, across Enrollment, Money In, Money Out, and Money Management. Accountable for delivering a portfolio of programs and projects which may include large complex cross functional strategic, business, and/or technical initiatives, within established timeframes and quality measures. Provide coaching to leaders and the members of the train in Agile practices. Facilitate events and processes, encourage collaboration between teams, work with product management and stakeholders to ensure alignment, and help manage risks and impediments. Facilitate engagement with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment, clear understanding of program / project goals and focus on delivering meaningful outcomes. Develops key relationships and regularly interacts with leadership at all levels.
