Manager, Data Analytics
The position will act as a subject matter expert responsible for all phases of application programming and processes for Data Analysis platforms technologies, methodologies and tools. Responsible to work with business area SMEs and parent team resources to determine most appropriate solution to achieve established goal and identify detail project deliverables and timelines. Develop technical and business solution including front end (Tableau/SSRS) and back end (SQL Server). Act as an SME for data; Understand how data applied to and impacts the business. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets; Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and generate useful business insights.
5+ years’ practical experience with ETL, data processing, data management and data analysis
Insurance / financial industry experience preferred
Ability to work with large data sets, including data modeling, and indexing strategies
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working under tight timelines
