Identify gaps in skills and knowledge in the tools, curriculum, and training processes for the Team Coaching COE on a national scope. Communicates these gaps, recommends and implements solutions partnering with the Director, Team COE, the Curriculum design team, and Subject Matter Experts. Communicate key issues to the Director to identify additional strategies, curriculum, and learning events, that would be needed at a national scope for producer and management development in the field. Ensures that there is strong collaboration with the field and Team Coaching COE on a national scope that provide for the development of Financial Professional’s skills and knowledge. Working with the Director ensures that the field leadership understand how the COE supports the achievement of the firm’s goals and objectives.
