SME in creating, developing, and running reports in Splunk, Tableau, or equivalent tool. Has the ability to find, use, and showcase data to tell a story/drive a business case. Quantify business metrics and KPIs that measure product delivery, service adoption and customer engagement efforts. Develop, drive, and solicit customer intake, requests, and value adds for the Platform Services portfolio. Develop training/upskilling strategies to drive technology transformation.
