Job Description

Oversight for day-to-day program administration. Manage relationships with external vendor partner, program champions, business areas and operations / technology support. Partner with recognition vendor and champions to continuously review metrics and evolve recognition strategy. Monitor recognition platform utilization and adherence to planned budget and expected usage patterns; monitor and provide analysis of total cost of enterprise recognition. Partner with vendor to address issues and increase engagement In collaboration with others, design and implement program enhancements and develop advanced data analytics and measurements. Partner with Operations team to ensure recurring payroll and reporting processes execute as expected. Provide super-user expertise and support. Interface with Communications to educate and publicize recognition programming. Champion our recognition philosophy and principles.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in the areas of rewards and recognition and/or employee engagement

  • Working knowledge of HR applications and technology (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, Workday, Workhuman experience a big plus)

  • At times, extended working hours are required to meet business needs

  • Ability to positively influence the delivery of their services and strategic roadmap

  • Experience with large, complex organizations is a plus
