Collaborate with back-end developers to improve usability. Drive software development activities to meet schedules and timelines; be a vocal advocate for high code quality, testing (both component and integration test coverage), and automation. Research problems with a strong sense of ownership and develop solutions to address them. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and how they can be applied within Prudential and the Tardis platform. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software in a spirit of authentic partnership with colleagues both internal and external to the organization. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
