Job Description

Support the development and ongoing refinement of the overall strategy and strategic priorities for your assigned business. Drive the development of insights on trends and market intelligence to inform decision-making. Drive the strategic initiative prioritization process. Partner across business initiative owners and the the Retirement Strategies senior leadership team (SLT) to refine, assess, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, resulting in a strategic initiative roadmap that is well understood and supported by the SLT. Provide as-needed support for key strategic projects for your assigned business and cross-business initiatives that support overall U.S. business strategy, while collaborating with other strategy team members and partners from various businesses and functions. As needed, partner with Corporate Development (M&A) and Finance to develop and assess potential equity investments and acquisitions.

Job Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in strategy, research, and/or financial analytics roles, including experience in financial services

  • Proven strength in creating positive working relationships and leading projects with heavy cross-business/cross-functional collaboration

  • Strong industry knowledge (e.g., products, competitors, distributors)
