Director, HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced professional with the emerging skills of the future to be a Senior HR Business Partner. We are looking for dynamic and resourceful individuals who take initiative, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited about being part of a team responsible for driving organizational change. Build high performing functional leadership team(s) to increase engagement and productivity for the organization. Serve as a trusted advisor and “day-to-day” coach to the SLT directs and high potentials Know and develop top talent within your group (focus on 7s) and ensure their mobility and development. Provide insight and counsel regarding development efforts, change management, and communications strategy. Help execute on an I&D strategy specific to the business; partner on building and retaining a diverse workforce. Deliver on talent priorities by partnering with fellow members of your Squad – Talent Acquisition Partner and Total Rewards Partner – and leveraging tools and resources from the CoEs. Support talent reviews and ensure appropriate actions are taken post talent review.
