
Data Specialist - Retirement
This role is responsible for performing a variety of analytical functions associated with onboarding new clients and providing on-going plan improvements and updates. Plan and participant set up and maintenance. Special processing and quality review. Identification of data needs and internal/external process and procedural improvements. Ability to support and perform multiple tasks across multiple functions (standard to mid-level complexity). Consistently meet quality and production standards and adhere to standard operating procedures. Performing a variety of analytical functions associated with simple and complex retirement plan activities.
Knowledge of payroll or record keeping systems is a plus
Financial, insurance and/or retirement services experience
Ability to recognize client needs, execute and be accountable for a positive client experience end to end
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
