Contract Associate
The Senior Contract Associate must be a strong leader who is able to work closely with other Contract associates and business partners in product, law, compliance and risk to ensure the products and services are provided to our customers with the highest quality and in a timely manner. Prepare and file contractual and supporting documents with the Departments of Insurance and/or the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Draft, issue, and quality review contracts, amendments, riders and other agreements of varying complexity in support of new and in-force business. Build effective relationships with business partners to facilitate an efficient and positive business climate. Perform ad-hoc regulatory research and draft procedures.
1-3 years of experience drafting documents, and/or addressing regulatory, risk and/or compliance related issues required
Knowledge of retirement products, separate accounts, registration statements (prospectuses) and/or investments a plus
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver results within tight time frames
