
Communication Specialist
Writes and edits accurate and relevant content for requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), custom executive summaries, and ad hoc requests; Consults with internal partners and participates on strategy calls to gain technical and customer-specific information needed to craft responses. Manages the editorial content of proposal responses by conducting reviews to check for proper tone, readability, flow, and consistency. Coordinates with Manager, Marketing, Distribution, Compliance, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure alignment with the Prudential brand and accuracy of database responses. Shares this information with proposal quality reviewer and database manager for future use. Creates and maintain quality review tracking and reporting dashboard to illustrate proposal error trends and identify individual and aggregate opportunities for training. Administers database updates as needed.
4+ years Communications, Journalism, or Marketing experience highly desired
Functional knowledge of Group Insurance or Financial Services Industry desired
