Job Description

Forecast multi-year financial results and produce insightful analytics. Analyze sources of earnings and clearly and accurately communicate PGIM’s earnings “story”. Create and present actual and forecasted financial results to PGIM and Prudential leaders, highlighting pertinent market trends and key business drivers. Develop enhancements and efficiencies to key processes and workflows. Support assessment of strategic initiatives, acquisitions and other ad hoc projects. Partner with internal business and corporate areas including but not limited to Controllership, Strategy, Risk, Investor Relations and GAAP. Reporting as well as the individual PGIM asset management units.You are eager to bring new ideas that improve processes, add to best practices, and challenge the status quo. You are committed to personal growth, eager to learn, and strive to make continuous improvements.

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, expense management, or other related experience

  • Ability to understand business fundamentals and business strategy

  • Experience in the asset management industry

  • Strong ability to develop insightful presentations
