
Associate Creative Director
Partner with marketing strategy to write compelling copy that motivates and inspires action. Must be able to develop full creative concepts, pitch the work, and champion the work through to execution. Collaborate with design partners to deliver high-quality campaigns, creative assets, marketing material, and activations. Present themes and concepts to key stakeholders and business partners, champion that work through to completion, and incorporate learnings for continued improvement. Interact with and lead work created by external creative agencies. Lead the development at least one (1) copywriter/direct report. Serve as steward for the brand on all executions. Meet or exceed all deadlines and deliverables.
Minimum 10 years of creative copywriting work experience
Ability to work independently with multiple clients and manage deliveries with minimal oversight
Prior leadership managing a team of internal copywriters
Experience working with/directing external agencies
