Job Description

The Senior Associate role in the Technology Business Management Office. TBMO supports a number of sub functions including Strategy and Portfolio Management. Responsibilities include crafting and supervising the high level roadmaps and strategies for a portfolio of services partnering with the technology teams. Translates technical concepts and capabilities into easily understood strategies and roadmaps, incorporating business outcomes. Partners with Technology Teams on Strategies, Roadmaps and Portfolio Management. Translates technical concepts into Strategies and Roadmaps. Supervises outcomes to strategy and plan. Highlights key components, including achievements, impediments and risks. Produces executive ready work products.

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of relevant and dynamic experience in delivering executive ready strategy work products

  • Knowledge in Agile delivery and implementation at scale ie SAFe®, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Experience negotiating and influencing optimally and considerately
