Job Description

Lead partnership with RAS business partners and other cross-functional teams such as Media, SEO Marketing, Channel Marketing and Affinity Marketing teams to ensure all DTC life insurance lead generation and nurture initiatives are aligned to strategic goals. Support Acquisition Marketing Director to develop of strategic briefs necessary to outline campaign objectives and deliverables needed. Support Acquisition Marketing Director to ensure that campaign messaging / calls-to-action are properly applied to campaign materials and aligned with acquisition strategy. Partner with Data Analytics teams to ensure KPIs are measurable and to continually evaluate and optimize campaign performance. Work with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all campaign assets meet standards of approval. Stay close to competitor trends and insights to help improve Prudential's competitive advantage.

Job Qualifications
  • 6-8 years digital marketing experience, ideally for a major transactional/e-commerce or financial services company.

  • Familiarity with using agile methodologies to deliver products and technologies.

  • Experience in data-driven optimization for marketing campaigns.
