- Oversee and lead the Transplant Hepatology program at Providence St. Joseph Health, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative patient care.
- Provide expertise and guidance to the transplant hepatology team to ensure the success of the program and the best outcomes for patients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to advance the field of transplant hepatology and enhance the program's services and offerings.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and excellence within the transplant hepatology team and across departments and disciplines.
- Serve as a role model and mentor to other physicians and staff, encouraging professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other healthcare leaders and stakeholders to promote the program, build partnerships, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to the Transplant Hepatology program.
- Manage and allocate resources, including budget and staffing, to support the program's goals and objectives.

Medical Degree: The Candidate Must Have A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.
Board Certification: The Candidate Must Be Board Certified In Internal Medicine And Gastroenterology, As Well As Have Subspecialty Certification In Transplant Hepatology.
Fellowship Training: The Candidate Must Have Completed A Fellowship In Transplant Hepatology From An Accredited Institution.
Clinical Experience: The Candidate Must Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Transplant Hepatologist, With A Proven Track Record Of Excellence In Patient Care.
Leadership Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills, With Experience In Managing A Team Of Physicians And Other Healthcare Professionals. Previous Experience As A Medical Director Is Preferred.
