- Provide technical support to staff members, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all systems and processes are functioning properly, performing routine maintenance and updates as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, ordering replacements as necessary.
- Train new staff members on technical systems and processes, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to perform their job duties effectively.
- Communicate effectively with staff members at all levels, providing clear and concise instructions and guidance on technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions, utilizing appropriate documentation and tracking systems.
- Act as a liaison between staff and IT department, escalating complex technical issues as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology, making recommendations for system upgrades or enhancements to improve overall operations.

Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Providing Technical Support In A Healthcare Setting.
Proficient In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues With Hardware, Software, And Networking Systems.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills With Ability To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Users.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations, Such As Hipaa And Hitech, And Ability To Ensure Compliance With Data Security And Privacy Requirements.
