Providence St. Joseph Health is seeking a highly skilled Supervisor to join our dedicated team and oversee our pediatric rehabilitation services. As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our young patients and their families.   1. Supervise and lead a team of pediatric rehabilitation professionals, providing guidance, support and mentoring to ensure the delivery of high quality care to young patients.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the pediatric rehabilitation services, including scheduling, resource allocation and budget management, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the pediatric rehabilitation department, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and ethical standards.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for pediatric patients.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards of care.
  6. Participate in the recruitment, onboarding and training of new pediatric rehabilitation staff members.
  7. Act as a liaison between the pediatric rehabilitation department and other departments, communicating and coordinating patient care plans and addressing any issues or concerns.
  8. Stay up-to-date with advancements and best practices in pediatric rehabilitation to ensure the department is providing the most current and effective treatments for young patients.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records of patient care and department activities.
  10. Uphold the mission, vision and values of Providence St. Joseph Health and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Physical Therapy, Or Occupational Therapy.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pediatric Rehabilitation Services, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Guidelines And Accreditation Standards Related To Pediatric Rehabilitation Services.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Therapists And Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans For The Growth And Improvement Of Pediatric Rehabilitation Services Within The Organization.
