- Coordinate and manage the staffing needs of the healthcare facility, including scheduling and assigning shifts for nursing and support staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contact information, credentials, and availability.
- Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs for each unit and ensure appropriate coverage.
- Conduct regular audits of staffing schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and budgetary constraints.
- Utilize staffing software and other tools to monitor and track employee hours, absences, and overtime.
- Communicate with employees to fill vacant shifts and address any scheduling conflicts or changes.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including conducting interviews and verifying credentials.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee schedules and payroll.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any concerns or issues related to scheduling or staffing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to staffing and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Participate in meetings and trainings to stay informed of departmental and organizational goals and initiatives.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all employees and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy policies to protect sensitive employee information.
- Provide excellent customer service to all staff and patients by promptly addressing any staffing needs or concerns.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the management team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Staffing Or Recruitment.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws And Regulations.
