Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of all facilities within the organization.
- Ensure that all facilities meet safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective plans for facility maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any facility-related issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential problems and address them promptly.
- Manage and maintain facility budgets, ensuring that all projects are completed within allocated funds.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality services.
- Provide technical expertise to support the development and execution of facility improvement projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility operations.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Lead and participate in emergency response and disaster recovery efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facilities meet the needs of the organization.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all facility-related activities.
- Participate in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Building Systems And Maintenance, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Fire Protection.
Previous Experience In A Healthcare Environment, With A Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee Multiple Projects And Coordinate With Vendors And Contractors.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments Within The Organization.
