  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive philanthropy strategy to support the organization's mission and goals.
  2. Cultivate relationships with donors, both individuals and organizations, to secure major gifts and donations.
  3. Lead and manage a team of fundraising professionals to effectively execute fundraising initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain a portfolio of major gift prospects, ensuring regular communication and stewardship.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and prioritize fundraising needs and opportunities.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of fundraising efforts and make strategic adjustments as needed.
  7. Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns to engage donors and raise awareness of the organization's mission.
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to board members and volunteers involved in fundraising activities.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to fundraising and donor stewardship.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in philanthropy and fundraising, and incorporate them into the organization's strategy.
  11. Represent the organization at community events and serve as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador for the organization.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align philanthropy goals with the overall mission of the organization.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling fundraising materials and messaging.
  14. Develop and manage the philanthropy budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's philanthropy program to ensure maximum impact and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Philanthropy And Fundraising, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Soliciting Major Gifts And Managing Donor Relationships.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Philanthropy Best Practices, Including Donor Stewardship And Development Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Strategic Planning Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders.
