10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the clinical ethics team.

12. Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to ensure ethical and legal compliance.
13. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to facilitate understanding and resolution of ethical dilemmas.
14. Represent the organization in local and national forums related to clinical ethics.
