  1. Oversee the distribution of medical supplies to various departments within the healthcare organization.
  2. Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to identify and meet their supply needs.
  4. Monitor and track supply usage, identifying any discrepancies or potential issues.
  5. Ensure all supplies are properly stored and organized for easy access.
  6. Train and supervise junior supply distribution technicians.
  7. Maintain knowledge of all medical supplies, including proper handling and storage.
  8. Follow safety protocols and regulations when handling and distributing supplies.
  9. Collaborate with vendors to negotiate supply contracts and pricing.
  10. Address any supply-related issues or concerns from staff members.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of supply distribution.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in supply distribution.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply distribution.
  14. Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
  15. Provide excellent customer service to all staff members and patients.
  16. Act as a resource for staff members regarding supply-related questions or concerns.
  17. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate tracking of supply expenses.
  18. Communicate any supply shortages or delays to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
  19. Participate in inventory audits and assist with reconciling discrepancies.
  20. Continuously assess and improve supply distribution processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Central Supply Or Distribution Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required; Additional Certifications Or Training In Supply Chain Management Or Healthcare Logistics Preferred.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Inventory Management, And Supply Chain Processes.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Departments And External Vendors.
