As a Senior Central Supply Distribution Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the distribution and inventory management of medical supplies and equipment throughout our facility.   1. Oversee the distribution and inventory management of medical supplies and equipment throughout the facility.
  2. Maintain accurate and organized records of all supplies and equipment.
  3. Monitor supply levels and reorder as needed to ensure adequate stock.
  4. Work closely with purchasing and finance departments to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of supplies.
  5. Train and supervise junior central supply technicians.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.
  7. Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand their supply needs and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify any discrepancies or issues.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized central supply room.
  10. Assist with special projects and initiatives related to supply chain management.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain management.
  12. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
  14. Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
  15. Act as a role model for ethical and professional behavior.
  16. Train new employees on central supply processes and procedures.
  17. Serve as a resource for staff regarding supply-related questions and issues.
  18. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to supply distribution.
  19. Collaborate with vendors to maintain positive relationships and negotiate pricing.
  20. Continuously monitor and recommend improvements to the supply chain process.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Central Supply Or Distribution Role In A Healthcare Setting.
