RN - Neuro OR

1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures.
2. Utilize strong clinical skills and knowledge of neurology to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
4. Monitor and document patient progress, including vital signs, medication administration, and any changes in condition.
5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
6. Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and instructions.
7. Ensure patient safety by following established protocols and procedures.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
9. Assist with surgical procedures, including preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies.
10. Act as an advocate for patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
11. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
