- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures.
- Utilize strong clinical skills and knowledge of neurology to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress, including vital signs, medication administration, and any changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and instructions.
- Ensure patient safety by following established protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Assist with surgical procedures, including preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Act as an advocate for patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

Active Rn License In The State Of Employment: Candidates Must Possess A Current, Unencumbered Rn License In The State Where The Job Is Located.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Surgical Setting: Candidates Must Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience As A Rn In A Surgical Setting, With A Preference For Those With Experience In Neurosurgery.
Bls And Acls Certification: Candidates Must Be Certified In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls).
Knowledge Of Neurosurgical Procedures And Equipment: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Neurosurgical Procedures And Equipment, As Well As A Familiarity With Surgical Technology And Instrumentation.
Strong Communication And Team Collaboration Skills: Candidates Must Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team, Including Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
