- Provide exceptional patient care and support in the area of vascular access.
- Utilize clinical expertise and skills to assess, monitor, and treat patients with vascular access needs.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to established protocols and standards.
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments, and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on vascular access care, procedures, and self-management techniques.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.
- Stay up-to-date with current best practices and advancements in the field of vascular access.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and facilitate patient care.
- Advocate for patients and their needs, ensuring their rights are respected and their voices are heard.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or An Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience.
Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Practice.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Vascular Access Procedures In An Acute Care Or Ambulatory Setting.
Current Certification In Vascular Access, Such As Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (Crni) Or Vascular Access Board Certified (Va-Bc).
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Vascular Anatomy, Physiology, And Infusion Therapy Principles.
