- Provide compassionate and dedicated care to patients on the Rehabilitation Unit.
- Promote and maintain a healing and positive environment for patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional well-being, and provide appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on post-rehabilitation care and self-management techniques.
- Document patient care and treatment accurately and thoroughly.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as nursing standards and best practices.
- Ensure patient safety by following infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and organized unit.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect patients' rights and privacy.
- Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Program
Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Registered Nurse In A Rehabilitation Unit Or Related Field
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) And Basic Life Support (Bls) Certifications
Strong Communication, Critical Thinking, And Problem-Solving Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
