1. Provide specialized care to patients with complex neurological conditions.
2. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
3. Monitor and assess patient conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
4. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
5. Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
6. Document all patient care accurately and in a timely manner.

13. Handle emergency situations with calmness and efficiency.
14. Assess and manage pain in patients.
15. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

17. Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds and provide input for patient care plans.
18. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
19. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
20. Act as a resource and mentor for new nursing staff.
