- Provide high-quality and compassionate patient care in the Colorectal Surgery Clinic.
- Utilize specialized knowledge and skills in colorectal surgery to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Perform nursing procedures and administer medications in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures, post-operative care, and self-care techniques.
- Monitor and document patient progress, including vital signs, medication administration, and any changes in patient condition.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

- Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on current practices and protocols in colorectal surgery.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Higher From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Colorectal Surgery Or Related Specialty.
Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures And Treatments For Colorectal Conditions.
Excellent Communication, Organization, And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
