  1. Oversee and manage the organization's complex systems and infrastructure to ensure stability, security, and efficiency.
  2. Lead a team of systems administrators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans for system upgrades, improvements, and maintenance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system issues and enhance overall performance.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  6. Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  7. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  9. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve system processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively perform their duties.
  12. Communicate with stakeholders, including upper management, to provide updates on system performance, projects, and potential issues.
  13. Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of systems and infrastructure.
  14. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  15. Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to identify areas for improvement and implement new technologies and processes accordingly.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Systems Administration Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Large-Scale Enterprise Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Network And Server Infrastructure, Including Virtualization, Storage, And Cloud Technologies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Security Protocols And Best Practices, As Well As Experience With Disaster Recovery And Business Continuity Planning.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Systems Administrators.
