3. Utilize the latest surgical techniques and technologies to provide the best possible outcomes for patients.
4. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
5. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to educate them about their procedures and address any concerns.
6. Provide post-operative care and follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress and address any complications.
7. Stay up-to-date on advancements in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery through continuing education and professional development.
8. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records for each patient.
9. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean surgical environment.
10. Maintain a compassionate and empathetic demeanor towards patients and their families, understanding the emotional impact of plastic and reconstructive surgery.
11. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the plastic and reconstructive surgery services offered at Providence St. Joseph Health.
