
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon

- Conduct plastic and reconstructive surgeries on patients in accordance with best practices and industry standards
- Evaluate patient needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other medical professionals to ensure a collaborative and comprehensive approach to care
- Stay current with advancements in plastic and reconstructive surgery techniques and technologies
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Educate patients on post-operative care and follow-up instructions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care for patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research to enhance patient outcomes

Board Certification: Candidates Must Be Board Certified In Plastic And Reconstructive Surgery By The American Board Of Plastic Surgery.
Medical Degree: A Medical Degree From An Accredited Medical School Is Required For This Position.
Residency And Fellowship Training: Candidates Should Have Completed A Residency In Plastic And Reconstructive Surgery, As Well As A Fellowship In A Specialized Area Such As Hand Surgery, Microsurgery, Or Craniofacial Surgery.
State Licensure: Candidates Must Hold A Valid State Medical License To Practice Medicine In The State Where The Position Is Located.
Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Plastic And Reconstructive Surgery Is Typically Required For This Position. Previous Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting Is Preferred.
