- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Utilize specialized knowledge and skills to diagnose and treat patients under the supervision of a physician.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
- Stay up-to-date with current medical practices and procedures in order to provide the best possible care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure the highest level of care.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions with patients and their families.
- Attend and participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients and their families.
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and sensitivity towards patients and their individual needs.
- Contribute to the overall mission of improving the health and well-being of the community.
Completion Of An Accredited Physician Assistant Program.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Biology Or Health Sciences.
Current Certification As A Physician Assistant From The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa).
Active And Unrestricted State Licensure As A Physician Assistant.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Primary Care Setting.
