- Learn and understand the policies, procedures, and protocols of Providence St. Joseph Health.
- Work collaboratively with experienced pharmacists to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients.
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in medication reconciliation and review to ensure patient safety.
- Assist with inventory management and medication ordering.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all dispensed medications.
- Comply with all state and federal laws and regulations related to pharmacy practice.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills through training and educational opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow established procedures for reporting medication errors or adverse drug reactions.
- Act as a role model for professionalism and ethical behavior.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and patient care.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) From An Accredited Institution.
Active And Unrestricted Pharmacy Intern License In The State Where The Position Is Located.
Strong Understanding Of Pharmacy Laws, Regulations, And Procedures.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Healthcare Environment.
